Alternatively, we can work in alliance with your nominated architect to provide you with the most accurate time frame and price estimate. Project Management
At Pearse Construction we use a blend of time-tested construction methods and innovative technology, to project manage from build from preliminary design through to project completion. Our team has a wealth of knowledge and industry experience which provides valuable input every step of the way.
Careful project management ensures the company meets time and cost constraints thus minimising complications. A high level of efficiency and productivity is maintained through the use of iHub and Tanda, which tracks all equipment and team members.
Health and safety is a priority and at Pearse Construction we approach this through the latest in technology. Ongoing training, inspections, audits and reporting happen at every point of the process. We provide you with current training registers of our staff, this includes work experience, licenses and memberships obtained.
Quantity Surveying
At Pearse Construction, we use our own in house quantity surveyors to ensure that through every step of the way we are exceeding client expectations. We give accurate estimates and track budgets in real time. We also have an open book policy by attaching all subcontractor and material invoices so the client can review for themselves.
In addition to our open book policy, we like to keep transparent about which subcontractors we choose to work with. We are always open to working with your recommendation. However, if you don’t have a preferred contractor, we will always provide at least 3 quotes for each trade needed on site.
